UzayTech

Uzay Product

Silicon-grade engineering. Cyber-aesthetic productisation.

From concept to series production for automotive electronics — the full productisation chain from high-speed digital design to A-SPICE-compliant embedded software.

Electronic product development for next-generation connected vehicles.

Beneath every modern vehicle run dozens of ECUs, controllers, sensor interface boards, and dedicated test rigs. Each one's life starts in design quality and serial-production readiness discipline. Uzay Product gathers this chain under one engineering team. Concept, PCB design, FPGA/SoC development, EMC certification, ICT/FCT test strategy — all in-house. Cyber-aesthetic is not just on the interface; it is in the depth of the hardware.

  • High-speed digital + RF + analog PCB design
  • ARM Cortex-A/M, RISC-V, FPGA-based embedded systems
  • Automotive EMC, ESD, environmental compliance
  • ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity and secure-boot architecture

Electronic product design is the junction of aesthetics and engineering discipline.

Our Design Philosophy

Electronic product design is the junction of aesthetics and engineering discipline.

The PCB layout of an ECU determines not only electrical performance, but also manufacturability, EMC behaviour, thermal stability, and serviceability in the field. Making all those decisions live in the same design demands an engineering culture that does not look at one issue deeply but at the whole. Our team sits exactly at that junction.

Capability areas

Hardware Architecture & PCB Design

/ 01

Hardware Architecture & PCB Design

We develop advanced PCB architecture for high-speed digital (PCIe, USB3, Ethernet, 1000BASE-T1), RF (5G, V2X) and analog mixed-signal designs. To hit automotive-grade EMC, ESD, and thermal targets on the first revision, we run Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro-based flows integrated with CISPR 25, ISO 11452, and ISO 16750 requirements.

  • Altium Designer / Cadence Allegro PCB design
  • High-speed digital signal integrity (Sigrity, HyperLynx)
  • Automotive EMC (CISPR 25, ISO 11452) compliance
  • Thermal simulation and mechanical integration
  • Pre-compliance and EMC chamber testing

Embedded System Development

/ 02

Embedded System Development

Embedded software development for ARM Cortex-A/M, FPGA, and custom SoC platforms. Deep expertise from bare-metal to AUTOSAR, from FreeRTOS to Linux-Yocto. We manage avionics (DO-178C) and automotive (A-SPICE) processes on a single quality lane — building transferable engineering capital across both sectors.

  • ARM Cortex-A/M, RISC-V, FPGA-based development
  • AUTOSAR Classic & Adaptive, FreeRTOS, Linux platforms
  • Avionics (DO-178C) and automotive (A-SPICE) process management
  • ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE R155 secure-boot architecture
  • OTA update infrastructure and cryptographic provisioning

Validation & Production Hand-off

We manage the full validation chain from development through series production. Full support across EMC chambers, climate chambers, mechanical tests, and customer acceptance. Production-line test (ICT/FCT) strategy, fault catalogue, and field feedback loop — all planned at design time.

  • EMC, vibration, thermal shock, and humidity tests
  • Production test strategy (ICT, FCT) and failure catalogue
  • Supplier management and series-production hand-off
  • Field feedback loop and continuous improvement
  • ECU lifecycle management and obsolescence planning

How we work

Product development in four steps

  1. 01

    Concept & Requirement Freeze

First phase translating customer need into PCB-level requirement, BOM target, and EMC budget.

  2. 02

    Detailed Design

Schematic, layout, mechanical integration, thermal simulation, signal integrity run in parallel.

  3. 03

    Prototype & Validation

A-sample, B-sample, C-sample iterations; EMC chamber tests and customer acceptance.

  4. 04

    Production Transfer

Pilot series, production-line test, ramp-up, and obsolescence plan.
