Uzay Vehicle

Let's build the vehicle of the future together.

From system architecture to embedded software, from ADAS features to battery integration — holistic vehicle development under a single engineering partner.

Uzay Vehicle is a multi-disciplinary, customisable technical organisation built for end-to-end vehicle engineering delivery on OEM and Tier-1 programmes. We stand alongside our customer at every stage from concept to series production.

Holistic engineering for next-generation vehicles.

Advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), human-machine interface (HMI), electrification, or connected-vehicle technology — wherever you start, a modern vehicle development programme is a whole in which these disciplines fold into each other. Uzay Vehicle structures that holistic engineering into measurable delivery packages aligned with your real programme timeline. Every work package runs with a defined entry condition, a technical acceptance criterion, and a deliverable.

Engineering is not a contract — it is a commitment.

Our Design Philosophy

Engineering is not a contract — it is a commitment.

We combine an outcome-driven engineering culture with the agility and pace of Türkiye's automotive ecosystem. We do not treat a vehicle programme as a to-do list; we plan every engineering decision with how it will affect the supply chain, software timeline, certification path, and ultimately the end user over the next 24 months.

Capability areas

System Engineering

/ 01

System Engineering

We translate customer requirements into a traceable technical reference frame. Throughout the V-model, requirements flow, interface management, validation planning, and functional safety definition are run as a single integrated stream. In DOORS and Polarion we build OEM-grade requirement hierarchies, produce System Definition Documents (SDD), Interface Control Documents (ICD), and Functional Safety Concepts (FSC). Every deliverable is documented to a level defensible at the customer review board.

  • Requirements engineering and DOORS/Polarion flow
  • Model-Based System Engineering (Capella, Cameo)
  • HARA, FSC, TSC, and SOTIF analyses
  • Traceability matrices and validation planning
  • Review-board defence and gate-approval readiness

System Architecture Design

/ 02

System Architecture Design

From traditional domain-based topologies to modern zonal and centralised (HPC) architectures, we design sensor-ECU allocation, network topology (CAN-FD, Automotive Ethernet, SOMEIP), and power-flow architecture. While consolidating domains, we evaluate safety zone preservation (ASIL-D / ASIL-B / QM), real-time constraint maintenance, and thermal manageability together. The result is not just a beautiful architecture — it is a production-ready, verifiable one.

  • Domain, zonal, and centralised HPC architecture trade-off analysis
  • Automotive Ethernet (TSN, 100/1000BASE-T1) and SOMEIP service design
  • ECU consolidation planning by safety class
  • Adaptive AUTOSAR + hypervisor (PikeOS, QNX) isolation layer
  • Integrated thermal, EMC, and power-budget assessment

On-Vehicle Commissioning — ADAS & AD

We jointly plan software releases, fault reproduction, and field validation loops on prototype vehicles. Our disciplined on-site team can run a software update, defect analysis, and re-test cycle within a single day. With Vector CANalyzer, ETAS INCA, and Vehicle Spy we manage CAN/Ethernet traffic, real-time calibration parameters, and fault traces live. Every driver observation returning from the field is converted into a concrete requirement update for the next software cycle.

  • ADAS feature commissioning level by level (L0–L2+)
  • Fault reproduction and diagnostics (Vector, ETAS, dSPACE)
  • Field test programmes with documented reporting
  • Validation traceability for OEM gate reviews
  • Methodology for translating driver feedback into requirements

On-Vehicle Commissioning — Electrification

Full-package support for vehicle-level integration of EVCU, BMS, inverter, and thermal-management systems. We follow the programme through road testing and durability campaigns. Low-temperature, high-temperature, and fast-charging scenarios are managed in parallel — because in real customer use these scenarios are not independent of each other.

  • EVCU, BMS, inverter integration and commissioning
  • Thermal management and energy-efficiency calibration
  • Road, track, and climate-chamber test campaigns
  • DC fast-charging profiles (CCS, NACS, MCS) field validation
  • Production pilot series (PVS) and end-of-line validation

ADAS Control Software (L0–L2+)

/ 05

ADAS Control Software (L0–L2+)

We develop control software for lane keeping, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, and traffic-jam pilot features. Model-based development gives us a fast path from prototype to production code. From MATLAB/Simulink models we generate production-grade C code with Embedded Coder, validating it on a quality lane aligned to MISRA-C and A-SPICE process requirements.

  • MATLAB/Simulink model-based development
  • Production-grade C generation via Embedded Coder
  • Validation in SIL, HIL, and VIL test benches
  • Integration with OEM calibration tools (INCA, CANape)
  • MISRA-C, A-SPICE, and ISO 26262 ASIL-B/D quality lane

How we work

Our delivery model — structured across four phases

Every vehicle programme is unique; the delivery discipline is always the same. This four-phase framework lets us organise the team identically no matter which programme we enter, and gives the customer consistent visibility throughout.

  1. 01

    Discovery & Goal Definition

We extract the customer's real technical need and the bottlenecks in the programme together. Instead of an empty scope promise, we start with a concrete delivery contract.

  2. 02

    Architecture & Plan

System architecture, validation matrix, risk map, and resource plan are produced in the same session. A gate-review calendar goes live from week one.

  3. 03

    Implementation & Validation

Development progresses under model-based development and A-SPICE processes. SIL, HIL, and VIL stages run in parallel; field validation is brought forward.

  4. 04

    Commissioning & Knowledge Transfer

In the final phase, PVS readiness, end-of-line validation, and sustainable knowledge transfer to the internal team are delivered. The handover closes with full documentation.
