Uzay Tech A.Ş. signed a strategic service agreement with Karsan Otomotiv Sanayii ve Ticaret A.Ş. — one of Türkiye's leading bus manufacturers — covering R&D and innovation projects. The cooperation focuses on project development under national and international funding programmes, consortium building, and the management of innovation projects.
Scope of the cooperation
The agreement brings together both companies' strengths in the R&D and innovation ecosystem within a shared working framework. Uzay Tech provides an end-to-end package: tracking calls in European and national funding programmes, proposal preparation, identifying suitable consortium partners, supporting negotiations, and — once a project starts — technical and administrative coordination as well as reporting obligations. Karsan contributes product and market perspective, alongside implementable technology priorities.
